Shooey's On-the-Go Exchange Policy
Shooey’s goal is to provide our clients with quality customer service and an upscale shopping experience. We realize that some purchases are not always what you expect. All sales are final but if you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason you may EXCHANGE it within 15 business days from the date of your purchase for the same amount of the original purchase. All returned merchandise must be unworn and have all original packaging intact.
Return Guidelines
All returned merchandise must meet these guidelines or will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Guidelines
(Shooey’s Does Not accept Collect On Delivery (C.O.D.)
Exchange Option 1
Shooey’s recommend that you place a new order for your desired exchanged merchandise when you return the original merchandise to us. Shooey’s will credit your account as soon as the returned merchandise arrives.
Exchange Option 2
If you would prefer to order after Shooey’s receive your returned merchandise please place the alternative size of the shoe you wish to have on the receipt/invoice when you return your merchandise. Due to the time involved in shipping and processing the return, the merchandise you would like to receive may not be available therefore; we recommend the first option to ensure the merchandise you want is available.
- Exchange Only (same amount of original purchase or pay the difference)
- Exchange valid within 15 days after the purchase date on receipt/invoice
- Merchandise must be in original condition
- Must have original receipt
- Items NOT eligible for exchange: Clearance items & Hostess Credited Items.
Return Guidelines
All returned merchandise must meet these guidelines or will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
- Returned merchandise must be unworn and have no signs of damage. Shooey’s only accept returns that are resalable. Returns should include the undamaged shoe box and original packaging including any accessories or extras that was included with the shipment.
- Returned merchandise should be shipped in a protective box for shipping, with shipping labels on the protective box. (DO NOT PLACE POSTAGE STICKERS ON THE ORIGINAL SHOE BOX—EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE VALID)

- Follow all “Return Guidelines”
- Include the receipt/invoice in the shipment, keep a copy for your records
- Shooey’s cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during the shipping process.
